Data Integration Consulting & Services
Bring customer, job, and financial data into one reliable view.
Cass & York connects the information spread across your CRM, operations software, accounting tools, and spreadsheets. We build the data pipelines, dashboards, and custom applications that help your team get answers and act on them.
See the full customer history. Compare performance across locations. Stop rebuilding the same report by hand. Tell us which systems you use and what your team needs to see. We’ll discuss what’s getting in the way and identify a practical starting point.

Simple business questions shouldn’t require another spreadsheet.
Which customers haven’t booked again? Which jobs are profitable? How is the new location performing?
The information exists. Getting an answer means pulling exports, matching records, and checking whether each department’s numbers mean the same thing.
A customer has different names in different systems. An invoice has no clear connection to the job. Two reports show different revenue totals.
We connect those records and define the rules behind them, so your team can spend less time assembling information and more time using it.

01
Get a complete customer picture.
Bring customer records, service history, invoices, and communications together. Give your team the context to prepare for a conversation, follow up on an account, or spot a customer who hasn’t returned.
02
Make reporting consistent.
Agree on how revenue, customers, jobs, and other measures are defined. Build reports from the same underlying rules, with a clear path back to the source records.
03
Compare locations and acquisitions.
Combine data from separate branches, businesses, or software accounts. See performance across the organization while keeping the detail each team needs.
04
Keep recurring reports up to date.
Automate the collection and cleanup behind your weekly and monthly reporting. Make refresh times and missing data visible, so people know what they’re looking at.

We build the connections and the tools to use them.
Your team may need a dashboard. They may also need to open a customer record, investigate a mismatch, correct missing information, or assign a follow-up. Cass & York builds across that workflow, from the source data to the software people use each day.
01
Data connections
Bring information in through APIs, databases, spreadsheets, and scheduled file imports, based on what your existing systems support.
02
Matching and cleanup rules
Standardize fields, identify duplicates, and connect related records. Route uncertain matches for review before they affect reporting.
03
A shared data structure
Define how customers, jobs, invoices, locations, and other records relate. Establish which source controls each field and how conflicting information should be handled.
04
Dashboards and custom applications
Put the combined data where it is useful: your reporting platform, a shared warehouse, or an application built around your team’s work.
05
Monitoring and maintenance
Track refreshes, flag failed imports, and make interrupted updates recoverable. Establish who owns the integration and how changes will be handled.

Start with one useful outcome.
01
01 / Show us the question you need answered.
We review the report, decision, or workflow that’s difficult today. We identify who needs the information and what they need to do with it.
02
02 / Map the data behind it.
We examine your systems and sample records. We identify access limits, missing fields, duplicate records, and conflicting definitions before building around them.
03
03 / Build and check the results.
We connect the sources and apply the agreed rules. Then we validate the output against real records and review it with the people who know the business.
04
04 / Put it into daily use.
We deliver the reports or applications, document how the data moves, and establish monitoring and maintenance responsibilities. The first phase focuses on a defined business need. Additional sources and workflows can follow as priorities become clear.

Common questions.
01
Can you work with the software we already use?
Often, yes. We review the APIs, export options, and database access available in your current tools. Where a system limits what is possible, we explain the constraint and the available options.
02
What if our data is messy?
We assess data quality as part of discovery. We define cleanup and matching rules, identify information that needs human review, and make unresolved issues visible.
03
Do we need a data warehouse?
That depends on the number of sources, the amount of history you need, and how the information will be used. We recommend an approach around those requirements.
04
How is data integration different from systems integration?
Data integration combines information so you can use it across reports, analysis, and applications. Systems integration also coordinates actions between tools, such as creating an invoice when a job is completed. A project may involve both.
05
How much does a project cost?
The main factors are the systems involved, data quality, update frequency, and the reports or applications you need. After reviewing those requirements, we define the scope and price of an initial phase.
06
Who maintains the integration?
We establish ownership during scoping, including monitoring, access, documentation, and handling changes to source systems. Ongoing support or a handoff to your internal team can be included in the engagement.

Connected data. Working software.
For Vintel / GovIntel, Cass & York worked across customer onboarding, account management, Zoho CRM, inventory, and billing. The work included synchronization for customer and financial records, customer dashboards, administrative tools, and monitoring to make integration activity visible. It brought the connections and the interfaces for managing customer operations into the same scope of work.

Show us the report you keep rebuilding.
Or the customer history you can’t piece together. Or the numbers your departments can’t agree on. On the workflow call, we’ll review where the information lives, how your team handles it today, and what a useful result would look like. If there’s a fit, we’ll outline the discovery needed to scope the work.
