Process - From AI-built prototype to production system
We inspect the application, tell you what is salvageable, repair the risky parts, deploy it properly, and remain available as its technical owner.

Inspect the application
We start with a Production Readiness Review, not an open-ended code review. The goal is to understand what is already working, where the real risk lives, and what must change before launch.
We review the codebase, architecture, authentication, authorization, database, dependencies, deployment path, and the workflows the business depends on.
Included in this phase
- Code review
- Architecture review
- Security scan
- Auth review
- Database review
- Deployment assessment

Decide what is salvageable
Not every AI-built prototype needs a rewrite. Some need a focused repair plan, some need a partial rebuild, and some are ready to keep moving once the risky edges are handled.
We give you a plain recommendation: repair, partially rebuild, or continue. Then we turn that recommendation into a prioritized remediation plan and a fixed-price proposal for the next phase.
- Repair. The product concept is sound and the main work is hardening the existing system.
- Partially rebuild. The UI or workflow is useful, but core technical foundations need to be replaced.
- Continue. The application is close enough to launch after targeted production readiness work.

Repair and harden the system
The hardening sprint focuses on the production risks that can break a customer workflow, expose private data, corrupt company records, or make future changes dangerous.
We stabilize authentication and authorization, remove exposed secrets, correct data models and migrations, add critical tests, and make errors visible.
Common sprint work
- Permissions
- Secrets
- Migrations
- Tests
- Error handling
- Maintainability

Deploy it properly
A production app needs more than a hosting URL. We establish staging and production environments, configure CI/CD, add monitoring and alerts, and set up backups and recovery paths.
The result is a launch path that your team can repeat without destroying production or relying on one person's laptop.
How we work - Senior judgment where AI-generated code needs it most
AI changes how fast prototypes appear. It does not remove the need for careful ownership when software handles real people, money, documents, and company data.
- Business context first. We review the application around the workflow and data it protects, not just the framework it uses.
- No free endless audits. Discovery is a paid, bounded product with a concrete recommendation and remediation plan.
- Security before scale. We prioritize permissions, secrets, data access, and dependency risk before adding more features.
- Clear launch path. We separate staging and production, automate releases, and make rollbacks and recovery possible.
- Maintainable handoff. The code and architecture should be understandable to the next developer who has to change it.
- Ongoing ownership. After launch, we can stay close to review AI-generated changes, manage deployments, and respond to incidents.
