Grow across locations without chasing every answer yourself.

Missed follow-ups. Jobs waiting on someone. Information scattered across systems.

We help you find where work gets stuck and connect the information your team needs to act.

[01] What’s hiding in your systems

There could be valuable work hiding in your systems.

Quotes that never received another follow-up.
Customers who may be due for service.
Completed jobs waiting for missing details before anyone can send an invoice.

Your team may already have the information. Finding it and deciding what to do next takes work.

We help you connect those pieces.

[02] The free review

Find one gap. See how to close it.

Choose one process that causes missed opportunities, delays, or extra work. We’ll review a small set of records and build a working example showing how that process could improve.

Here’s what you get, free.

01Findings your team can act on

See which records need attention, why they matter, and what someone should do next.

02An estimate of what fixing the gap could be worth

For missed follow-ups, we use your job sizes, margins, and past results to estimate potential value. For manual work, we estimate the time your team could save.

03A working example using your records

See how information could come together, flag a problem, and give the right person a clear next step.

04A recommendation for what comes next

Know what your team can act on now and what would need to be built for this to work consistently.

[03] An example

What could we find?

Suppose quotes are sitting without a follow-up.

We review an agreed set of quotes and customer activity, identify which customers may be worth contacting, and explain why.

Then we demonstrate how those opportunities could reach the right person with the context needed to follow up.

You leave with a reviewed list your team can use and an example of how to catch similar opportunities going forward.

[04] Beyond the review

A small first step toward a business that runs with less chasing.

If the review reveals a problem worth solving, we can help you:

01Keep customer follow-ups moving.
02Catch delayed jobs and unfinished handoffs.
03Give sales, operations, and finance the information each team needs.
04Bring new locations into shared processes and reporting.

Horizon Roofing

◆ Case study · Estimating · Workflow Automation · Construction

From estimating inputs to approved quotes in one operational system.

Cass & York rebuilt Horizon Roofing’s quoting application around the full lifecycle of creating, pricing, reviewing, approving, and managing roofing estimates.

[01] The operation

Quoting is more than generating a number.

The workflow involves project information, roof specifications, pricing rules, additional items, notes, attachments, internal review, approvals, historical quotes, customer records, and the final document delivered to the customer.

Horizon needed that process represented as a structured operational system.

[02] The existing systems

An existing quoting application and the records behind each estimate.

Horizon already had a quoting application built with Next.js and Supabase. Its workflow involved project specifications, pricing settings, customer records, attachments, approvals, and quote documents.

[03] The gap

The quote needed a complete operational lifecycle.

Creating a quote was only one part of the job. Pricing, internal review, approvals, revisions, and history needed to work together as structured business records.

[04] What we built

The full quote lifecycle, modeled as software.

Cass & York rebuilt the application using a new .NET and PostgreSQL architecture and modeled the business processes behind the quote lifecycle.

The underlying system models quotes, companies, locations, pricing settings, approvals, notes, attachments, users, and activity as structured business records.

  • 02Pricing calculations
  • 03Roof and project information

  • 01Existing Next.js and Supabase application
  • 02New .NET application

[07] Modernizing the application

Keep the workflow. Replace the foundation.

The project also involved migrating the application away from its previous Next.js and Supabase implementation.

The architecture is secondary to the business goal: creating a maintainable system around an important operational workflow.

Connecting onboarding, provisioning, CRM, inventory, and billing.

Cass & York worked across a connected set of customer facing and internal systems spanning onboarding, account management, automated provisioning, CRM, inventory, billing, ecommerce, and operational synchronization.

[01] The operation

Customer operations rarely live inside one platform.

The challenge is keeping the systems aligned while giving both the customer and internal team a usable interface.

  • 01Signup
  • 02Authentication
  • 03Customer records
  • 04CRM
  • 05Inventory
  • 06Product data

  • 08Billing

  • 10Administration

[02] The existing systems

Customer operations crossed CRM, inventory, and billing.

The environment included Zoho CRM and inventory alongside signup, billing, ecommerce, and pricing applications. Customer and financial records needed to stay aligned across them.

[03] The gap

One customer journey crossed several applications.

Signup, provisioning, support, and billing depended on information held in different systems. The gap was coordinating those records while giving customers and administrators usable interfaces.

[04] What we built

A B2B customer portal and the systems around it.

The surrounding ecosystem included billing, signup, ecommerce, and pricing applications.

  • 01Authentication
  • 02Role separation
  • 03Customer onboarding
  • 04Customer dashboard
  • 05Automated provisioning
  • 06Customer records
  • 07Administrative management
  • 08Integration testing
  • 09Synchronization monitoring

[05] Zoho integration

CRM and inventory connected to the customer lifecycle.

A separate Go synchronization service supported heavier synchronization workloads, while logs and monitoring exposed integration activity.
